Our relationship begins upon first contact. Whether call, text or email - whatever your preference - you will work exclusively with the owners of TIlevita, Melissa & Lilah Swan from start to finish. They will be your point of contact, your design guru, your project manager, your on site fabricator and the executor of your dream.

At your consultation we will get better acquainted with you, talk about the feel and vision you have, collaborate on ideas and take a closer look at the finer details of your unique space and its needs.

With an approved contract, the fun begins. Creating renderings, sourcing and ordering your materials, scheduling any necessary services such as trash removal, or additional trades, such as our properly vetted plumber or electrician, are just a few of the details Melissa and Lilah can complete for you in preparation of your dream build.

While in your home you will have our full attention and immersion as we believe in one project at a time.

We also believe in protecting your home (and the creatures living in it) from dust and debris. We are extremely clean and utilize the latest methods in dust mitigation, along with daily job site clean up.

Every step of your project is executed to current industry standards, in accordance with manufacturers specifications, and local building codes.

The life of your space will not only be supported by manufacturer warranties, but our lifetime warranty. We stand by our workmanship and believe the function of your space is just as important as the beauty of it. Live in your new space and if anything should arise, let us be the first call you make.
