About the Business

In 2015 Melissa and Lilah Swan started a small construction business to serve the Brevard County area. As time went on this business took on a life of its on, growing into what it is today:

A boutique service that does a little bit of everything residential construction but specializes in bathroom remodeling. Their mission is to build quality dream spaces the technically correct way that will last a lifetime.

About the Owners

Melissa graduated from Tuffs University in 2002 and immediately began work in residential construction. Over 20 years later she is a highly sought after contractor, a small business owner, a former trainer for the National Tile Contractors Association, a Certified Tile Installer, a Veteran of the United States Army, and a Volunteer Firefighter for the Indian Harbour Beach Fire Department.

When Melissa isn’t working, she loves surf fishing in the Atlantic Ocean, and befriending the animals of Brevard County.

Lilah attended the Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California in 2001, followed by a lengthy career in Executive Marketing. After utilizing her market research, graphic design, and branding background to build Tilevita, Lilah decided to go back to school for Interior Design. She graduated from the New York Institute of Art and Design in 2021 and now applies her design knowledge to help clients design their dream spaces.

During her time in California Lilah lived with motion picture students and acquired a love of film. When not enjoying a good movie, she likes to do volunteer work in her community and pursue the NKBA’s coveted Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD) designation.

Shout out to Lily (RIP) and Xander!
